The City of Lake Study Club
The City of Lakes Study Club, which is an affiliate of the Seattle Study Club, is often referred to as a University without walls. It is recognized as one of the most advanced continuing education groups for dental professionals in the nation.
The City of Lakes Study Club is fully accredited by the State of Minnesota for continuing education. It takes a unique approach to the learning process. We have several clinical sessions throughout the study club year, which includes the evaluation and treatment planning of actual patients. Problem-solving workshops and clinical demonstration sessions are also included in the program. In addition, quality laboratory personnel and representatives provide technical support from ancillary companies for relevant sessions. Member can expect 45-55 hours of CE per year with team members getting 15-20 hours per year.
The City of Lake Hygiene Study Club is a unique opportunity offered to hygienists. Hygienists are able to enjoy a fun, informational, casual setting with peers. The program is a combined balance of lecture and group discussion, meeting 4-6 times per year in a variety of locations, primarily in the Downtown Minneapolis area.
